Wood Street Village Guildford 21st July 2001 proudly using new kit

HMS Warrior Portsmouth 28th July 2001 - now you know why he wore those hats!

Chiddingfold 2nd February 2002 - Roger's last full gig.

Farnborough, 23rd February 2002 - Roger had been in hospital but was determined to keep going and turned up to join the band for the last time on the bodrhan and, for a short time, on the drums.

Pictured left is the "hooley" after his funeral on 22nd March, where Rogues Gallery, OBJ Morris Dancing Side, Theatre 64 and his many other friends and colleagues joined his family in celebrating his life.

When Roger first heard in May 2001 that he had cancer he decided to do something positive, so he organised a Charity Barn Dance, which was held on 27th October 2001, and raised £2700 for the Beacon Centre, Guildford.
